No. You can pick a space from our library of real resort venues, or upload your own photo: JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 25MB. A phone photo from your venue visit is exactly the right kind of picture.

Yes, and this is the point of Willow. Computer vision holds every generation against your original photograph: pillars stay pillars, windows keep their view, the aisle stays where it is. Your venue is dressed, never redrawn, and every image is checked before you see it. If a result fails that check, it is regenerated rather than delivered.

Yes. The curated library is built around Dominican resorts, but Willow dresses any venue you can photograph: a barn, a ballroom, a garden, a registry office. Upload the photo and tell her about your day.

Yes. Ceremony treatments include Christian, Jewish, Muslim and South Asian weddings, each with its own decor and arrangement logic, and there is a notes field for the details that matter to yours.

You are not charged. If a generation cannot be completed, the credits it reserved are returned to your balance automatically, and the screen tells you so.

A gift purchase produces a code rather than credits, shown to the buyer after checkout, so it can be given to someone else. Redeeming takes seconds: on the Credits page, or right inside the top-up window if you run out mid-flow.

Not to start. You can generate as a guest: one small cookie keeps your credits and your visualisations with you on that browser, and it holds nothing else. Sign in when you want them on every device, and anything you made as a guest follows you onto the account. The privacy policy lists every cookie we use.

Willow’s images are made with AI models from Google (Gemini) and OpenAI. To make a visualisation, Google receives your photos and the details of your day, and OpenAI receives the venue photo and a written decor brief, not the photo of you both. They process them only to return your images, and they don’t use them to train their models. Neither do we. The privacy policy has the details.

Each link is unguessable and shows only the generated images. It works until you revoke it, unless you choose to have it expire after 30 days; you can change that, or revoke the link, at any time from your gallery. You can also see how many times it has been viewed.

If you have an account, you can delete it yourself in the iOS app: Account, then Delete account. Or write to support@willowswedding.com and we will delete your account, photos and visualisations, whether you signed in or used Willow as a guest. The delete your data page says what to include and what happens next.

Yes. Every variation can be downloaded full size from its results screen, and it is yours to keep. To come back to an earlier one, find it in your gallery and choose Open conversation.

That is the design goal. Every arrangement Willow places is drawn from an inventory of real wedding decor, scaled to your budget tier, so what you are looking at is a day a planner could actually price rather than a fantasy render.

Willow’s output is always a photograph-style image, and a reviewer checks each one for realism and composition before it reaches you. The visualisations are for inspiration: your actual day will vary with your vendors and final choices.
